1/ Click the MY ACCOUNT tab on top of our homepage.

2/ In the next window, below New User, click the SIGN UP button.

3/ Fill out the form and click on VALIDATE.

You can now visit your account page anytime you want or check your purchase history and ongoing orders.

Ordering a game is super easy! Select the game you wish to buy and click on the BUY NOW button to add the selected item to your cart.

In your cart, you can choose the quantity you'd like to buy or simply remove the item by clicking the recycle bin button. If you have a voucher code you wish to use, enter the code into the dedicated box and APPLY.

To order another item, click on CONTINUE SHOPPING. If you want to proceed to the checkout, select a payment method and click the CONFIRM YOUR ORDER button. Once you have checked your items, simply confirm by clicking on CHECKOUT.

You will then be redirected to a secure payment page which will vary depending on the payment method of your choice.

Once you have proceeded with your purchase and it has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.

To get your game, all you have to do is to go to your account page and click on the MY PRODUCTS tab where you will find your key.

When a purchase is validated before a game is officially released, it will be considered as pre-order. If payment is validated on the day of release, the purchase will be considered standard.

In such cases, we cannot guarantee that you will obtain the pre-order bonuses as it will always depends on the publisher's policy.

Of course, you can install a game on several computers as long as they are your own.

Unfortunately, this is impossible at the moment.

Most of the time, all the orders we receive are treated within 5 minutes after the purchase.

For example, a non-Steam game will not be compatible with a Steam install.

The Digital Rights Management is actually some access control technology publishers resort to in order to curb the problem of piracy.

Activation keys which are required to play games are a perfect example.

When a publisher decides not to use any DRM, there are no activation keys of any kind.

In such cases, all you have to do is download the game and install it directly to be able to play.

Not at all. The goal of a DRM is only to fight against piracy but some publishers simply refuse to complicate the lives of honest customers.

Note that only digital platforms like DLGamer can sell DRM free games.

Most preorder keys are reserved to the publisher and they are only made available when the game is released.

In some rare cases, keys can be available before launch, allowing you to preload the game. These are exceptions however.

What's more, do not forget that some websites sometimes propose playable demos, which is evidently the best way to make sure your PC can handle the game you are interested in.

No need to panic, you only have to log in to your account and there you will access your order history including the list of all your activation keys and download links.

Theoretically yes, you are absolutely free to download the install file of a game as many times as you want.

That being said, the multiple downloads on several computers with different IP addresses in short lapse of time will be considered fraudulent.

In case of abuse, your account will be temporarily blocked and you will receive an email from us immediately.

You are perfectly free to do so but you don't have to.

Most games are to be downloaded via another digital platform (Steam, Origin, Uplay etc.).

The games which are not available though those are directly downloadable with the links we provide.

For now, two methods are available. It either can be done with an executable file or a direct download link.

The executable file is a light computer program you have to download in order to get your game.

As for the direct link, it allows you to start downloading all the files you are interested in via the download manager in your account.

The versions distributed by platforms such as Steam, Origin or Uplay must be downloaded by using the proper client.

When you are downloading a game via a direct link, you can use the pause button of the download manager to pause it.

If you are using the executable file, there is no visible pause button you can use, but should you quit the app, you will get a message telling you it will be possible to resume your download the next time you launch it.

Once resumed, all you have to do is to accept the given choice to resume your download.

Every time you launch such a file, you will be asked where you want to save the content you want.

The destination folder is also visible when you quit the executable file.

If you have not changed the default folder, it should be a series of digits, like for example “C:264852”.

It is advised to disable all your anti-virus programs and firewalls before staring to download a game and leave them turned off until it is completely finished.

Don't forget to reactivate them once your download is complete.

Quite simply because the size of the whole file is just an estimate which may take into account the virtual memory required to finish the install.

It depends on several things, like the speed of your Internet access which may vary depending on the time of day.

It might also be a good idea to shut down all types of programs running on your PC, as they could be interfering with your download (Windows Update, torrent etc.).
